Credential Programming template

Need to request the programming of your swipe cards, remotes or tags? Easy peasy. Just download our template, fill it in and speed up the whole process.

Select File > Download and choose the format you prefer such as Excel Spreadsheet OR if you use Google like us choose File > Make a copy.

 

Then fill in the details just like the examples in the sheet such as:

Building Name

The generic building name or unit plan number for our reference.

Type

This is the type of device which will be either card, remote or tag

Card/Remote Number

The number printed on the card, remote or tag. If you don't have any in stock just order here for next day delivery!

Unit Number

The unit number where the owner lives.

Floor Number

The floor where the unit resides, this usually is the first two digits of the unit number ie. 1104 is floor 11. But this differs between different buildings.

Building

If your strata has multiple buildings on the block then nominate which building the unit resides in.

Access Type

For general use just leave as blank and we'll grant the user account but for special cases like MASTER then you can advise of access requirements here.

User / Blank: For general resident access to their floors and common areas such as gyms and pools.

Master: All access to the building(s) - use with caution.

Special: Write the access required here for special cases such as "Garbage Room ONLY" or "Guest parking ONLY"

 

Attach to an email or copy and paste the contents into the body of your email and send through to admin@blitzsecurity.com.au
